Registration

• Registration fees include admission, conference materials, lunch (on September 29 and September 30), and coffee breaks.
• Registration fees include the “Food Market” dinner (on September 28) for the first 550 registrations.
• The Gala dinner (on September 30) is available as an optional add-on and it is limited to 350 participants.
• Participants are expected to book and pay their own accommodation and travel expenses. The organization has secured a limited number of rooms at the conference venue, Meliá Sitges. As availability is limited, we strongly recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible: HOTEL MELIÀ BOOKING FORM
• Registration will be on a first come, first served basis. Your place can only be confirmed after payment of the registration fee.

If required, we can provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application. Please contact hola@creacongresos.com once your registration has been completed.

• Cancellations made before 1 September 2026 are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid, minus a €60 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made on or after 1 September 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to notificacion@creacongresos.com
